Commissioner help NextSettings, locking and closing a pool
Entry fees and payments
The payment ledger, and how it differs from PikSheet's own fee.
Member dues are a ledger, not a payment processor
PikSheet tracks who owes what and what's been paid. It doesn't move any money — members pay you however you already collect.
The owner records payments on the Payments screen. Co-commissioners don't see the owner's collecting ledger there, though they still see their own "What You Owe" tab.
Box pools also get a Paid/Unpaid toggle per square, right on the grid. It's independent of the Payments ledger — marking a square paid doesn't settle that member's balance there.
PikSheet's fee is separate
Hosting the pool on PikSheet is a separate, card-based charge, owner-only. It doesn't touch member dues, and dues don't touch it.
What PikSheet doesn't do
- PikSheet doesn't collect, hold, or transfer entry fees.
- No automatic payment reminders.
