PikSheet runs two NBA pool formats. NBA Slate Pick'em is weekly pick'em on the games the commissioner chooses, ranked for confidence points or one point a pick. In NBA One and Done Fantasy, members set a weekly lineup of NBA players scored on points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks, and can never use the same player twice.

NBA One and Done FantasySet an NBA lineup every week. No player twice.
Fill a 3- to 8-slot NBA lineup each week and score every game your players play. Once a player locks in, he's used for the season.
The 2026–27 NBA season
- The regular season tips off Tuesday, October 20, 2026 and runs through April 11, 2027.
- PikSheet's NBA weeks run Monday to Sunday. Each week opens Monday at 3:00 a.m. ET, and the first opens October 19, 2026.
- Both formats cover regular-season games only. The NBA Cup final and All-Star exhibitions are not on the schedule.
What PikSheet handles
- Fantasy scoring from final box scores: points + 1.2 × rebounds + 1.5 × assists + 3 × steals + 3 × blocks − turnovers, summed over every game a player plays that week.
- Lineups of 3–8 slots of G, F, C and UTIL (default G/G/F/F/C). A player's slot locks at his team's first game of the week.
- Injury statuses show in the player picker, so members can see who is out before they set a lineup.
- In Slate Pick'em, the commissioner chooses which games count each week and how many picks members make.

How does an NBA pick'em pool work on PikSheet?+
Each week the commissioner picks the slate of games that count and sets N, the number of picks. Members pick N winners straight up. In ranked pools they also assign confidence values 1 to N and a correct pick scores its value; otherwise each correct pick scores one point.
What is an NBA one and done fantasy pool?+
It's a season-long fantasy pool, not the NBA's draft-eligibility rule. Each week members start a lineup of NBA players; a player scores points + 1.2 × rebounds + 1.5 × assists + 3 × steals + 3 × blocks − turnovers from every game he plays that week, and once you start a player you can't use him again all season.
When does the 2026–27 NBA season start?+
Tuesday, October 20, 2026. PikSheet's first NBA week opens Monday, October 19 at 3:00 a.m. ET, and the regular season ends April 11, 2027.
Does PikSheet have an NBA survivor pool?+
Not today. NBA pools on PikSheet are NBA Slate Pick'em and NBA One and Done Fantasy. Survivor is available for the NFL.
