Privacy Policy
Effective Draft — pending counsel review
The following is a placeholder Privacy Policy. A complete version will be reviewed by counsel prior to the 2026 NFL season. This document describes our current practices during the beta period.
1. What we collect
- Account info: email address, username, display name, and authentication provider details (e.g. Google Sign-In identifier).
- Pool data: pools you create or join, entries, picks, and scoring records.
- Device info: on the mobile apps, we collect the device model, OS version, and a push notification token (if you opt in).
- Usage data: basic analytics (page views, feature interactions) via Vercel Analytics. No cross-site tracking.
2. What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't run ads.
- We don't track you across other websites or services.
3. How we use it
We use your data only to operate PikSheet — to show your pools, score your picks, send the notifications you've opted into, and improve the product.
4. Where it lives
Data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the US). Game data is pulled from api-sports.io. The web app is hosted on Vercel.
5. Sharing
Your picks and standings are visible to members of pools you've joined. Your email address is visible only to the commissioner of pools you've joined. We do not share data with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the app (Supabase, Vercel, api-sports.io).
6. Push notifications
Push notifications are opt-in and configurable per category (picks-lock, game-final, standings, eliminations). You can disable them at any time in app settings.
7. Your choices
- You can edit your display name, email, and notification preferences in settings.
- You can request a copy of your data at privacy@piksheet.com.
- You can delete your account at any time; pool history visible to your commissioners persists unless you ask them to remove your entries.
8. Children
PikSheet is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email.
