Simple pool pricing.
PikSheet charges for the app that runs the pool. Commissioners still collect entry fees and pay winners directly, exactly how their leagues already work.
A competitive entry becomes billable after its first eligible week locks.
Two ways pools are billed
Competitive pools are priced by entries that reach their first locked week. Box pools are priced by how many games the board covers and cap at $30.

No prize money handled

Pricing FAQ
What counts as a competitive billable entry?+
One competitive pick sheet that reaches its first eligible locked week. If Jim plays two entries in your pool and both reach lock, that's two billable entries.
How are box pools billed?+
Box pools are priced by covered games: $4 per game for the first 5, $2 per game for the next 5, then free after 10. The max is $30 per pool season.
When do I pay?+
Competitive pools become due after billable entries are captured at lock. Box pools can be paid after setup, and unpaid box pools lock once claims reach the billing threshold.
Can I pass the cost to my members?+
That's on you. Most commissioners charge a small entry fee that covers both the pool's prize pot and PikSheet's fee. We don't collect entry fees — that's between you and your members.
What if I run a free pool with no prize?+
Same pricing. You can cover the PikSheet fee yourself or split it across members with a small buy-in. Either way, the app works the same.
Do you handle prize payouts?+
No. PikSheet is the scoring and management app. Commissioners handle payouts directly (Venmo, Zelle, cash, whatever your league uses). We don't touch your prize money.
Refunds?+
If your season gets canceled (see: 2020) we'll refund proportionally. If a member drops mid-season we don't refund entries — standings persist.
