Terms of Service

The following is a placeholder Terms of Service document. Full terms will be reviewed by counsel prior to the 2026 NFL season. If you are using PikSheet during the beta period, use of the service constitutes your agreement to the interim terms below.

1. Service overview

PikSheet is a pool scoring and management tool for NFL pools. PikSheet does not process entry fees, collect prize money, or pay out winners. All financial transactions related to pools run on PikSheet are the sole responsibility of the pool commissioner and members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use PikSheet. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including laws related to sports pools and wagering.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at security@piksheet.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

• No automated scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of the service.
• No impersonation of other users or commissioners.
• No use of the service to facilitate activity prohibited by applicable law.

5. Content and data

You retain ownership of content you submit to PikSheet. You grant PikSheet a limited license to store, display, and process that content solely to operate the service.

6. Service availability

PikSheet is provided on an as-is basis during the beta period. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PikSheet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid PikSheet in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance via email to account holders.
