Terms of Service
Effective May 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of PikSheet. By creating an account, joining a pool, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Service overview
PikSheet is a sports pool management and scoring tool. Commissioners can create pools, invite members, collect picks, manage standings, and track pool activity. PikSheet provides software and platform services; it does not sponsor pools, set pool prizes, hold member entry fees, accept bets, or pay pool winnings.
2. Eligibility and legal compliance
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use PikSheet. You are responsible for making sure your use of PikSheet and any pool you create or join complies with all laws, rules, and workplace, school, league, or platform policies that apply to you.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and keep it current. Notify us at support@piksheet.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Commissioners and pool members
Commissioners control their pool settings, membership, entry rules, manual payment records, and administration choices. Pool members are responsible for reviewing the rules of each pool they join. PikSheet may enforce product-level limits, billing locks, security controls, or abuse prevention measures, but we are not responsible for resolving private disputes between commissioners and members.
5. Payments and fees
PikSheet may charge platform fees for creating or operating pools. These fees are paid to PikSheet through Stripe or another payment provider. Separate pool entry fees, reimbursements, prizes, or payouts between commissioners and members are outside PikSheet's platform billing and are the sole responsibility of those users. PikSheet does not custody or distribute prize funds.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use PikSheet for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, billing, eligibility, rate-limit, or access controls.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or disrupt the service.
- Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your authority over a pool.
- Do not submit content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or is abusive or harmful.
7. User content and pool data
You retain ownership of information you submit to PikSheet. You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit that information as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. Pool records may remain available to commissioners, members, or platform admins where needed to preserve standings, audit trails, payment records, or support history.
8. Third-party services
PikSheet relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, push notifications, monitoring, and sports data. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Sports schedules, scores, spreads, and statuses may be delayed, changed, corrected, or unavailable.
9. Service changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pool formats, integrations, or the service as needed. We work to keep PikSheet available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free scoring, or that external sports data will always be complete or correct.
10. Termination
You may stop using PikSheet at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay required platform fees, or use the service in a way we reasonably believe is unlawful or harmful.
11. Disclaimers
PikSheet is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PikSheet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, pool disputes, prize disputes, or errors in third-party sports data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid PikSheet for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or by other appropriate means. Continued use of PikSheet after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
