Inviting people

Copy Code or Copy Join Link from the Membership card. Either one joins a competitive pool instantly, no approval step — treat the link like a password.

Box pool invites work differently: the link takes people to the grid, and they join once they claim a square.

Competitive pool size limits count entries, not people — 25 members with 2 entries each fills a 50-entry pool. Box pools count people (Max Players) and squares per person (Max Boxes per Player) separately. Max Players is only checked on the join page, not when claiming a square, so it gates newcomers rather than capping the roster outright.

Invite links stay copyable even when the pool can't accept anyone — full, locked, archived, or platform-locked. Check the pool's state before sending one out.

Copy Emails grabs every member's usable email address. A few won't have one (private relay, deleted account), so treat it as most of the list, not all of it.

Renaming and removing entries

Commissioners can rename any entry and remove any regular member's entry (two-tap confirm).

Box pools work differently: members rename their own squares until the grid locks. Commissioners can remove members but can't rename someone else's square.

You can't remove the owner's entry, and can't remove a co-commissioner's entry until the owner demotes them to member.

Entry names must be unique, except in fundraiser pools using ticket numbers.

Co-commissioners

The owner can promote or demote co-commissioners. Co-commissioners get the whole Manage tab except: regenerating the invite code, promoting/demoting, locking, archiving, deleting the pool, paying PikSheet's fee, and promo codes.
